Hand-Held Berry Harvesting Rake
Hand-Held Berry Harvesting Rake

A Hand-Held Berry Harvesting Rake is designed to be both faster and more efficient than the hand picking of various berry crops, whether high- and/or low-bush blueberries, blackberries, huckleberries, lingonberries, gooseberries, currents, etc. The tool consists of a rectangular-shaped, three-sided aluminum container, with a handle at the middle top or one on each side of the middle handle, and a row of narrow-spaced spring-steel tines protruding out the front. One 'rakes' through the bush to dislodge the berries, which fall to the back of the container and are stored until dumped into a box or bucket. Available in sizes ranging from 4 1/2 inches wide (12 tines) up to 35 inches wide (110 tines).
