The EDGE Swine Operation Controller is designed to enable pork producers, with one interface, to monitor and manage the ventilation, heating, cooling, feeding, and watering systems in any or all of their buildings (e.g., farrowing, nursery, finishing). The controller platform can be programmed to meet each operation's specific requirements and expanded to accommodate future needs. Key components and features include: 15-inch color touch-screen monitor; built-in self-diagnostics for troubleshooting; configuration wizard; multi-language support; sensor to monitor electrical current; multiple inputs for temperature, static pressure, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, precipitation, water meter and feeder run time; triple-layer protection with fail-safe redundancy; and plug-in modules for customization.
