Turning-Point Bow Tarping System
Designed for use on grain trucks, the Turning-Point Bow Tarping System swings the curved tubular "bows" up and out of the way for loading then slides them back down before the tarp is rolled over them to cover the cargo. Depending on the model, this is done either manually via a rope or electronically via a rocker switch or remote controller, the operator being on the ground or in the cab. The system's center pivoting ridgepole is designed to hold the tarp without sagging, so fewer bows are required. In addition, the system features a locking mechanism that provides secure support during transport and serves as a skid plate when the bows swing closed.
