Homemade IBC Tote Raised Bed
An IBC (intermediate bulk container) tote is a cube-shaped, 275- or 330-gallon polyethylene tank surrounded by a galvanized-steel framework that's used commercially for the transport and storage of bulk liquid and granulated substances. "Retired" tanks, which cost as little as $50, can be used to make this Homemade IBC Tote Raised Bed. One tank cut in half makes two such gardens for the production of herbs, lettuce, onion, radishes, carrots, beets, and a host of other vegetables. For DIY instructions, view the video link.
