Carcass Cart
Seen is the two-wheeled, two-handled, dolly-type cart (its lower part bent about 45 degrees) with the hand-cranked winch assembly located between the handles.

When hogs die, they must be removed from the pens immediately for sanitary reasons. The Carcass Cart is like a dolly used to move boxes and materials, except it's designed to pick up and move dead animals. The cart is wheeled up to a carcass, a winch is used to crank the carcass onto the cart, then the cart is tilted so the weight is all on the wheels to remove the carcass from the pen.
