An Illinois farmer can start his auger tractor, which is at the bin, with a Remote Auger Control that he operates from the seat of his auger cart tractor. When the stationary wagon runs empty, a delay-timer mercury switch on the paddle shuts the auger tractor off, but not before the auger has had a chance to clean out.
